There are two relishes for the cheeses, both from Mrs Darlington’s, a sweet caramelised onion chutney and an excellent piccalilli with a brilliant blend of zing and zang. Followed by a choice of oven bakes chia seed artisan crackers, or Scottish oatcakes, plus some melt in the mouth cheese biscuits.
