Wisteria brachybotrys 'Kapiteyn Fuji' is a stunning climber with a convenient habit that makes it far more manageable than some varieties. It is ideal for draping over a prominent wall, training onto a pergola, or draping over archways. This lovely white wisteria has bright green, pinnate foliage and a mildly pillowy texture, hence the common name Silky Wisteria. In early summer, long pendants of gleaming white flowers adorn the twining stems, filling the air with a delicate fragrance. The flowers are especially large, resulting in a splashy exhibit that is often thought to be superior to other species. Height and spread: 4m (13'). Supplied as a grafted plant.
