Polemonium caeruleum 'Album'

This elegant perennial will readily seed about amongst other plants to provide a harmonious, cottage-garden feel. Polemonium caeruleum produces clumps of sparse, ladder-like foliage, earning its name ?Jacob's Ladder?. In May and June, tall, erect stems holding clusters of nodding, bell-like white blooms with golden-yellow stamens will create a cheery display. A delightful choice for semi-shaded borders, woodland areas or for planting beneath deciduous trees and shrubs. Also ideal for wildlife gardens where the flowers will attract a wealth of pollinating insects. Height: 80cm (31in). Spread: 30cm (12in).
