This slow-growing, globe-shaped conifer is prized for its tidy, compact form and blue-green needles that hold their colour beautifully throughout the seasons. Mature specimens also bear miniature, light brown cones. Slow growing and reaching just 2 to 3 feet tall and wide, 'Midget' is the perfect choice for rock gardens, alpine plantings, troughs, small urban landscapes, or as a standout specimen in containers as a backdrop to both summer and winter bedding. Its dense growth habit requires little to no pruning, making it an excellent low-maintenance option for adding evergreen visual interest. Ultimate height: 80cm (31in). Ultimate spread: 70cm (27in).
