Lamium galeobdolon 'Hermann's Pride'

A very handy hardy perennial, this dead-nettle is sturdy and resilient and will be happy in a shaded spot in almost any soil type. Lamium galeobdolon 'Hermann's Pride' has a clump-forming habit of sharply-toothed foliage with an attractive snakeskin-looking silver variegation that becomes more prominent in the shade. Sunshine yellow, tube-shaped blooms appear from late spring into summer which will be adored by bees. A drought tolerant variety once established and a staple for any woodland garden or wildlife area, as well as making excellent ground cover. Even better, it won't sting! Height: 20-30cm (8-12in). Spread: 30-45cm (12-18in).
