The eye-catching beauty of Iris reticulata 'Spot On' is impossible to ignore. Its deep purple petals, adorned with striking white spots, are highlighted with a splash of lemon yellow, while the final touch?a velvety purple-black mark at the tip?adds a dramatic, almost painterly effect, as if the bloom were freshly dipped in colour. Despite their petite size, these vibrant, jewel-like flowers make a bold statement. Emerging in early spring, often when winter?s chill is still lingering, Iris reticulata 'Spot On' is one of the first bulbs to bloom, heralding the arrival of warmer days. Surprisingly hardy for such delicate-looking blooms, these irises thrive with minimal care, needing only a sunny spot and well-drained soil to flourish. They?ll naturalize easily, year after year, filling your rockery, troughs, or planters with a burst of bright colour. Ideal for the front of borders or planting in groups, they reach a modest height of 15cm (6?) and spread to about 10cm (4?).
