Fish-pole Bamboo

Hardy, evergreen and strong-growing, Phyllostachys aurea is a Fish-pole Bamboo variety that has been awarded a RHS AGM for garden performance. Slimline, lance-shaped leaves in gold-green tones will decorate the mid-green stems, all year-round for a 12 month garden of colour. Canes turn from mid-green to caramel-brown with maturity. Bamboo is common to clump-form in cooler climates, which makes it very easy to maintain and manage. Height: 8m (26'). Width: 4m (13').
