Elderberry (Hedging) is popular in UK gardens for its versatility and pretty summer blooms. Small white flowers mix among the foliage in large quantities. Berries often follow, which can be used for medicinal purposes, making wines and juices. Not just a pretty plant, a superb hedging solution in gardens, giving great privacy and protecting your house from lightening (according to folklore).
