Crab Apple 'Evereste'

Malus (Crab Apple) 'Evereste' has deciduous foliage that appears green in spring and turns orange and yellow in autumn. Following that, masses of orange and red-skinned apples appear, lasting well into winter. As the recipient of an RHS Award of Garden Merit, it's easy to see why this tree was so deserving of such recognition. It has a compact, greatly conical, neat crown with more-or-less lobed leaves and pink buds that open white in spring. Height: 7m (23'). Spread: 6m (20').
