Send Meg Rivers Christmas Cake
A rich fruit cake baked with currants, raisins and sultanas, glacé cherries, mixed peel, walnuts and ground almonds, with crystallised ginger, brandy and warming mixed spices. A generous layer of marzipan sits beneath smooth white icing, finished with a piped green tree that makes a charming centrepiece for the Christmas table or the tea tray. Baked by Meg Rivers artisan bakery in the Cotswolds, this 780g 5" cake is ideal for serving after Christmas dinner or with a pot of tea, and it keeps beautifully right through the festive season. Delivered in a postal gift box. Cake contains alcohol. The decorative Christmas tree on the cake is not edible. The other Christmas decorations are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the gift.
