The site was originally called Flower Delivery Online (www.flowerdeliveryonline.co.uk) on its launch in May 2000 but was re-branded as Send Some Flowers when it was re-designed and expanded in April 2002.
The company behind Send Some Flowers is Edward Robertson - a web design firm, they have created many e-commerce sites (including some for florists) and also run the Shopsafe web site.
This experience in e-commerce and safe shopping has come together perfectly in creating the Send Some Flowers web site.
